This seems to be a major difference between the esd and ems implementation. esd_usb2 gets TX done events form the device. Wolfgang you are right, the can_get_echo_skb() should be called in esd_usb2_tx_done_msg(). My current patch only handles the statistics on TX done arrival. But of course the can_get_echo_skb() must go there, too.
