When consensus is reached on the patch I posted I will be more than
happy to back-port the bug-fixes to socketcan trunk SVN. It's worth to
note that locking has changed (one nice thing about workqueues is that
they are serialized automatically which is not true for threaded
interrupts), so the code is different in quite a lot of places. On the
other hand I hope that there won't be much more bugs or feature
request with the mcp251x so no much work will be needed.
