The above mentioned commit has been reverted as i suggested to create a new
socket option for *all* sockets.

It will show up in 2.6.33 :

You can get the dropcount control message when enabled by a new socket option.

I'll add the support for it in candump to show drops on the console and in
log-files, when i'm back in the office ...
