We have no asymmetric routing in our network.  My first concern is
to get a couple of accurate clocks running.  These will then feed
our NTP servers around the campus that handle all the general
machines (30,000+).  For others that need more accurate time, they
will be allowed to use these clocks directly and we can work out
issues as they come online.  We don't have any requests or users
that require that so primary use now is clocks for the campus NTP
servers.
