Yep, that's correct. Only the FXO ports light up, which makes sense since the analog phone provider supplies the voltage to cause the line to ring. The FXS ports on the TDM400P aren't supplied with enough voltage to cause the phone to ring, so they aren't activated. Plus, AskoziaPBX doesn't (yet) provide a web interface to configure the FXO ports. I ended up moving the TDM400P to my desktop Asterisk development PC.
