I've now setup a mediawiki with the extension ConfirmAccount and SpamBlacklist.
I've set edit to be restricted to registered users only, so you guys need to create an account. At this point I will pretty much confirm all accounts, I can't imagine anyone going through the trouble of creating an account and then waiting for a confirmation just to spam, so I think that should just be standard practice? If any of you guys have any good ideas of stuff to install or changes just mail me, preferably at my work mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or here on the list. If any of you kind souls will ad Bill's excellent stuff to the wiki in some clever way, I'm not an expert on how it's supposed to be set up.
