Hi The BIOS upgrade process is pretty specific to Windows Hyperterminal implementation of XMODEM / CRC. They use a somewhat non-standard method for getting CRC running. Most normal communications programs drop back to checksum XMODEM when they see what the bios is doing. Once they do that it's all over. Nothing but NAK's from there on out ...
