Hi all,
I'm using soekris net4521. I have my CF card partitioned with ext3,
and I have set the boot flag. I have loaded linux server on to it. I have
also loaded my GRUB on to it.
I have configured menu.lst as below.
title Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.20-15-server
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.20-15-server
root=UUID=5d7e33d6-129a-4b28-9642-7a3953f2c33d ro quiet splash
initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.20-15-server
quiet
savedefault
when I boot soekris : boot 80 [boot from CF]
Grub finishes it's stage 1.5 successfully. When I hit [enter] on the Title
Ubuntu,Kernel 2.6.20.15-server[in stage 2], the terminal displays
Starting up...
and that's the end. My soekris board restarts and then hangs.
Any one of you have faced a similar problem?
Help me out!
