Hello!

Yesterday my good old 7 yo IBM Travelstar died with 60 ATA errors and 1
unrecoverable sector. So I bought a new one, a Seagate Momentus 5400.2.

Since I have exchanged the harddisk, my box rebooted six times, only less than
a day passed. I could find out that it has to do something with harddisk
load. If I run a full backup to CF it succeeds. If I run it twices, the box
get's stuck and gets rebooted by the watchdog. Right now it did again.

First I thought it was a power issue, but the new disk draws 80 mA less than
the old one. So what exactly could it be?

Also, I experienced my box loses time when unplugged completely.

Please help me anyone, I have some quite important services running on it...

Greetings,
Richard
