Not really.  Standard routing selects the most precise route to a
given address.  Since you essentially are providing the kernel with
three equally precise routes, it is going to choose the first in its
table.  Therefore, the first interface you bring up in that subnet
will be the one elected for egress.  Even so, that shouldn't give you
trouble - it should look like asymmetric routing to the ping source
machine.

What precisely are you trying to do, and with what flavor of Linux?
If you can explain your intent a little more clearly (other than "have
mulitple interfaces on the same subnet"), you'll likely get more help.
 There are many ways and reasons to do this, some less useful with the
4501 than others, but a clear explanation will help us formulate a
clear answer.
