That is bad.  I had a 7K100 drive and SMART started complaining after
a week; I replaced that drive with an E7K100 and it has been running
24/7 for a year with only some minor SMART complains about spin-up time
and power-on hours:

The low value in the power-on hours count is something I would expect.
