I'm just guessing about J4, but I'm quite sure I'm right about this. J4 should be the second PCI slot - or just the holes for soldering the riser cards connector into. JP9 - can't locate it on the picture with your description. JP15 - there was a definitive mail, that the 12V was taken from the DC input jack with overvoltage cutoff. J?? underneath the CF sockets No J?? in fact - it is U16/U17. This is most likely for soldering a CF disk onboard as done on the 4x26 boards.
