Hi list, actually I'm in progress to order a sata-drive for my 5501-box.
I'll by me a Hitachi E5K250 with 160GB capacity, which is suited for 24x7 usage. In the data-sheet is stated, that the drive has a SATA-300 connector for a 7-pin-cable.
So, have the soekris-box the same connector (in the description I only found "Serial ATA 1.0")? Do I need any specific cable? For which specification have I to look?
