I have several of the TS2GCF100I's in use.  As I recall they all 
consistently boot (so far) as Primary Slave.

I have another Transcend card that is a different model which is 
identified as Primary Master.  Note that the two machines that identify 
the cards are Primary Slave were on net5501's that are only about 2 
months old while the one that identifies the card as Primary Master is 
one of the boards from the second batch of net5501's produced.  (so the 
bios is different and may have different CS settings).

I do have a spare net5501 here and a few of the Transcend cards.  If I 
get a chance, I can see if they follow the correct behavior.
