It was the good way. I think it's one more time the
http://www.soekris.com/Issue0006.htm because when I set
FLASH=secondary everything works fine. My soekris box boot normally
and my CF (transcend 133x 8G) is recognized as hda by linux on it.

Any additional explanation (I'm definitively not a specialist)?
