I've just moved and lost a serial cable with a 9 to 25 pin adapter that I used to connect my soekris to a VT520 I have. I have been reading guides for pinouts trying to recreate this cable, (The closed I've gotten is the picture titled: RS232 DB25 to DB9 converter here: http://www.lammertbies.nl/comm/cable/RS-232.html )
This displays the text on the terminal, but it is all garbage characters. I don't think the problem is a setting in the terminal because it still has the settings I used before.
