Even if the specifications for a given card don't tell you whether it supports 
3.3V, you can still tell if you have a good enough picture of the card. The 
3.3V and 5V PCI slots have different keying, and PCI cards have appropriate 
notches in them so that they will only fit in ports with supported voltages.

I did a quick search on NewEgg (in this category:
