Another alternative is Voyage Linux (www.voyagelinux.hk). It is a Debian derivative; v0.7 is based off Squeeze. It comes with a CLI installer that can customize your CF for Soekris or ALIX boards. The base install comes to about 128MB. You can extend it by adding your favorite Debian repos and installing additional packages.
