Hi,

ATOM E6xx series does not have Intel64 capability.
However, according to CPU feature flag, it seems to be able to use Intel64.

NetBSD/amd64(64bitOS) booted on my net6501-70. 

Did Intel change specification?
May you think that the 64-bit mode operates even if BIOS will be updated from 
now on?
