You'll find that there's not much power available for drives on the net6501, and you'll likely need to cut a hole in the case to fit the enclosure. Also, keep in mind that 1RU is 1.75 inches high and that enclosure is 1.63 inches, leaving essentially no space for the case around it, so it will likely not fit in the case anyway.
