Your supply is specced for 18 W. Get one specced for at least 25W (http://soekris.com/products/net5501/psu-12v-3-0a-world.html is more than enough). I had a few bricks from various sources failed on me, sometimes with hard to debug symptoms (router running with all lights on, but ethernet ports not getting enough juice to be reliable). The cheap things are designed on the edge and running at nominal power they are operating near their limits - so if you don't want to shell out money for an industrial-type one, it is better to get something specced generously.
