Info please, like screendump of comBIOS power up until boot fails., what 
software you're using, what USB devices (just the new ones), whatever 
might give me an idea what's going uon.

Everything I have here could boot.

Can't do much about that, the AHCI SATA boot code is from Intel, I do 
have source access and changelog goes way back, so it should be well 
tested....
