Hi Kyle, I'm only now getting back to this issue because it took me a long time to get a RHEL 6 system onto the net6501 without a network install. Ran into the USB stick incompatibility several times until I had a working configuration that would leave me with an installed system that boots.

In the linked mail you're referring to a setpci call that you do during boot. I haven't been able to get that to work when inserting the PCI bus address for any of the network interfaces: # setpci -s 05:00.0 CAP_EXP+10.b=40 setpci: 0000:05:00.0: Capability 0010 not found The interfaces don't get an address during boot. The system log and console output simply say "ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth<N>: link is not ready". Has anyone had any success with a RHEL/CentOS/ScientificLinux 6 system? Thanks! jens _______________________________________________ Soekris-tech mailing list [email protected] http://lists.soekris.com/mailman/listinfo/soekris-tech
