30mm fans seem to be much easier to find. I've purchased stuff from this shop a bunch of times and have been very happy with their quality. They have a nice 30mm fan here http://www.coolerguys.com/840556088110.html that I'll order and try out. It appears to have the correct connector already. I'll also look at http://www.digikey.com.
