Hi, I am using net6501-70 running with OpenBSD 5.0 32bit using the Transcend MLC SSD option.
The only issues I have found were lm-sensors showing only temperature (and the wrong one - 95c) and watchdog not working at all. There have been some reports on this list about rebooting problems using the Transcend SSDs. I seldom boot and never had any issues. In few days I plan to upgrade to 5.1, and I'll report here, though following the change log I don't think there will be any difference. However, in -current change log there are some ATOM related fixes.
