If the mSATA SSD is not correct then it will NOT show up at all. If 
there is issues with that it boots ok, but have trouble rebooting, then 
it's most likely a software issue. The earliest net6501 BIOS did have an 
issue with rebooting, but have been fixed long time ago.

The mSATA presense detect is pin 51, you can kinda follow the trace from 
the resistor. The spec says it shall be max 200 ohm.

Btw, I just talked to our production manager, it turns out that although 
Transcend have updated their mSATA SSD, we received some old ones mixed 
in with new one a couple of times.... So to ensure things work we still 
test every single one here before shipping out.
