Dear mailing list,
I've got some strange problems with my timer resolution.
Its only accurate exactly 10ms. This means, if traceroute detects to one
hop ~14ms, it will print 10ms, instead of the real value.

This means, output from traceroute, time are unusable.
My kernel is self cooked. The options, which are needed, are IMHO set:

CONFIG_NO_HZ=y
CONFIG_HZ_1000=y
CONFIG_HIGH_RES_TIMERS=y
CONFIG_HPET_TIMER=y

Could someone test his timer resolution, if this is just a config
problem by myself? Or any ideas?

I am using Gentoo Linux + Kernel 3.6.8.

Cheers, Conrad
