to rule out the drive, I have put it in two different other boards with the same OS (Debian Wheezy) still on it (Gigabyte GB-XM14-1037 and PCengines APU1D4). Both other boards reboot reliably with this SSD several 100 times in a row. Only the net6501 fails to reboot on a regular basis with this Transcend SSD. Sadly, the uC OOB Shell is not available when Grub has failed and presents its rescue menu. The machine needs to be powercycled hard. IMHO this is an absolute no-go for a remotely administered machine - like the net6501 is advertised to be. Best regards, Martin Sofaru
