Before I write out 15 pages on my issue, I will ask: Does anyone have Asterisk 11.7 running on OpenBSD5.5 on a Soekris 6501? Did you have any audio issues with trunking?
I have a client with the above setup for a small office (5 workers) and they are experiencing choppy audio issues. This is not phone to system, rather system to provider. >From my research it looks like it could be caused by a timing issue on the iax2 trunks, but I cannot seem to find anything concrete supporting this. But according to this and this, it seems OpenBSD isn't the best choice for * anymore. Can anyone share their experience with this sort of setup? Or anything?
