Check the power supply with a voltmeter? -----Original Message----- From: soekris-tech-boun...@lists.soekris.com [mailto:soekris-tech-boun...@lists.soekris.com] On Behalf Of Nicolas Sent: Monday, September 03, 2018 1:28 AM To: soekris-tech@lists.soekris.com Subject: [Soekris] RIP net5501
Hi I bought you in 2009, but you didn't want to go over your 9th birthday... When I plug the power, you don't even want to turn any LED on, event for a little blink. I'm not good at debugging micro-electronics (unless test some points with a voltmeter), so I'm not sure how I could make you breath a little longer... I bought an apu2c4 (200€ with case and 16Gb msata SSD, delivered to France) to replace you, but I'd be happy to have you as a backup, if this one wouldn't want to suffer the hard conditions you had to live in (dust and heat mostly). Anyway, if someone has a clue on how to "fix" you, I'd be very happy to try something...
