Oh. That is trivial. The tricky part is the SDP handling.

Do you want to have real precondition negotiation there, like, do you
want to have a=des and a=conf attributes in SDP? And, are you content
with the RFC3312-like call setup where first offer-answer happens in
INVITE-183 and second in UPDATE/200-to-UPDATE, or do you want to have
3GPP IMS-like three phase call setup with PRACK/200-to-PRACK selecting
only a single speech codec?
