ok, seems that the stack segfaults while generating an error response to 
the NOTIFY (for which it cannot find an associated SUBSCRIPTION). This 
should be fixed now in our darcs tree - let me know if the fix works:

  - darcs get http://sofia-sip.org/repos/sofia-sip
