There is not much, the stack uses IPv6 if that is enabled on the host. The IPv6 references in URIs are parsed, there are a few functions in <sofia-sip/hostdomain.h> to handle them. Stack uses getaddrinfo() or sresolv library and DNS AAAA records to resolve IPv6 addresses.
