Hi,
i use freeswitch with sofia and get a DECLINE from a SIP device after i
sent an INVITE to it:
send 995 bytes to udp/[192.168.1.1]:5060 at 14:54:35.476608:

I expected a callback from nua, does sofia support DECLINE?
(i found some decline usage in sources but not much)
