No. This is a bug in Sofia.
I will look into this. It should be an easy fix. ;-)

There is no separate event like nua_i_state, you get
nua_i_notify/nua_r_subscribe with NUTAG_SUBSTATE().
So I should check the subscription state when I get the nua_i_notify. Ok, that seems reasonable.

There is at least one bug fixed, but it think it was only after 1.12.8. ;-/
