There are semi-functional hooks in tport module for extending the
transports. We had hooks for a proprietary SIP compressor, but they do
not work anymore because of bit rot (iow nobody have enough interest
to get sigcomp working again). I guess we'll support sigcomp in
future, when Nokia tablets need such feature, but then SigComp may be
under different license (GPL or proprietary license)

The SIP dictionary is mandatory feature for SigComp SIP compressor, as
far as I recall.
