This is also the reason why upcoming sofsip-cli v0.15 will no longer include "fsgst" and "farsight" backends. I recommend taking a look at telepathy-sofiasip and telepathy-stream-engine packages for examples of how to set up RTP for SIP calls with gstreamer.
