Doesn't look like Mike is following this discussion. Can smn add him to it?
It took only 3 yrs in the previous thread to join in, and i don't think we
have that long this time :-(

BTW, if given web access, I will be happy to update the examples in the
refdocs. At least you won'tl be bothered by newcomers like myself ;-)
I can check with sourceforge about it...
