Hi Paolo,
no, you are not wrong at all. That chip, judging from the specs,
looks interesting and worth giving a deeper look. The problem, as you
say, is the package, not the easiest in this world to solder.... and
apparently Analog Devices isn't offering an evaluation board. If
somebody (maybe you ?) is willing to do some experimentation, he is
welcome. Usually Analog Devices is not too much fussy in giving
samples, you just have to ask with a credible possible application,
which is not too difficult to come up with in this case.
Any takers ?
