Ashutosh,
though not specifically addressed to Software Defined Radio design,
the Frerking book has many chapters full of ideas, descriptions and
algorithms related to SDR.It has been of great help to me to develop
SDRadio. The reference is :
"Digital Signal Processing in Communication System",
by Marvin E. Frerking, ISBN 0-442-01616-6
Another book is
"Software Radio Architecture: Object-Oriented Approaches to Wireless
Systems Engineering", by Joseph Mitola III
but I haven't read it, and don't have the ISBN number.
