Bill Noyce told me that the SA612A was a differential input mixer and
that there are not two individual sections, though the pins might
suggest there are.  So one has to use "two chips" here instead of one
to make a QSD Circuit.  I will let you see the DRM circuit file from
DRM.ORG so you can then be able to copy it and add the second SA612A
for a QSD.  Otherwise it seems simple.

  Sorry but I am thinking of another chip here and got them confused. 
You need two then!
