It's an 16F84 which has flash eeprom built in, all you need is a programmer
(several simple one's on the web) and the software LCD4DIEP.HEX is on the
same page as the schematic, the source code is there also
For the 16F628 based one from IK3OIL you can email him, assure him it's for
your own private use (ie.- you aren't making money from it) and he'll
probably email you back the hex code ... I got the hex code for his
frequency counter and Morse Code decoder that way
