DL4YHF's Spectrum Lab (Audio Signal Analyser) Version 2.7b3 freeware <http://www.tech-systems-labs.com/program-files/speclab.zip>
I want to introduce you to a software that is both DSP and SDR for bandpass analysis and digital modes use that can be used with SDR software simultaneously or with the study of SDR cricuits that you may be designing. I was looking for another software to such as the Oscillometer, that can determine total harmonic distortion, phase noise, ect and ran across this. Spectrum Laboratory V 2.7b3 can also view and decode I/O QSD outputs. This is a good software for analyzing the sort of circuits we are considering here. Not only is this a Lab but it doubles as SDR and Ham digital modes software since it can process I/Q and digital text modes. Also: RF Simulator. <http://www.tech-systems-labs.com/program-files/RFSim99.exe> Front Panel Designer for your projects cabinet. <http://www.tech-systems-labs.com/program-files/front-panel.exe> I was also looking at some interesting projects to make SDR equipment and so the race is on. I also see that some ideas are far more elaborate than my current high tech USB SDR receiver. There are some very extreme ideas being put together now. Those $1000 plus sort of ideas. What some of us are doing here in the "minimilist ideas" is to produce that which will be the "Mil Spec" product if we overcome the spurs in the spectrum pass band. Keep that in mind. _____________________________________________________________________ PrivatePhone - FREE telephone number & voicemail.
