Frank If you used any poly metal foil or electrolytic caps then they have long foil wound around each other for plates and this then creates an inductance scenario and possible parasitic resonances. So look at your caps. Changing them might help and using ceramic caps across them to ground to decouple RF might work also. If this does not help then look further in the circuit to see what else may be up? You should check the circuit ground plane also. Maybe you need more ground plain area. And use feed through caps also.
