And this brings me to an interesting point. For the last two years I have been providing free sub-domains on my web site to either qrp, sdr, or embedded cpu's. I have 9 persons that I provide a sub domain for and you can find them here;
< URL:http://www.hpsdr.com/ > The main domains are; www.qrpradio.com www.hpsdr.com www.smallcpu.com A sub-domain would make a persons web site have the following address as an example; This is the main site for Steve Weber who makes all sorts of kits available. < http://kd1jv.qrpradio.com/ > This is Tasa's site it has excellent SDR and QRP related content. < http://yu1lm.qrpradio.com/ > But I am more picky than I was initially and am looking for sites with good content on qrp, sdr, or embedded cpu's. For a good example look at Tasa's site. The server is fairly responsive, you would have your own FTP account so you can upload your web site yourself, you can have a couple of email accounts, and storage of up to 100MB is allowed. ASP, ASP.NET, Perl, PHP, and various flavors of databases are available. If you have a present site with decent content but it's slow as molasses or has severe download limits send me a private email with a link to your current site so I can take a look at it. As you can see sites are not restricted to the USA. My server has no download limits so you would not have your site go down because of excessive downloads. It should not be need to be said but life is strange, only sites whose main content is the three subjects mentioned will be tolerated. My purpose is not to provide free sites but to make the content of decent sites more easily available in the three areas mentioned.
