I would mostly agree with you, kd5nwa. I usually don't make use of such expressions and it is definitively not my attitude to use them off need. I know exactly what I'm doing and saying. Thank's.
We can jingle forever around this, the fact is it describes my emotional status with exactly the right strength about the subj.. There is not a "who" (unless you think Yahoo is a person) so it is impersonal and it expresses an emotion only, not an offence to somebody. And this makes a big difference. It is clear, I recall to agree with me to the second part of my message only. I can't expect to have analogy of emotions by others, that's a personal way. Anyway I apology for this considering some particular sensible guys on this list. Please, don't be scared! or offended. I think it is more offending what not so direct people say with false complaisant words or incorrect actions, and we could list a lot of, here on this list too. Andreas Troschka P.S. As you can see I sign my messages and I don't try to teach any lesson to others. kd5nwa wrote: > I'm sure you could have made your point but phrased it a little better, > there is no need for that kind of language no matter who it's directed at. > > At 04:51 PM 2/11/2007, you wrote: >> Saying it gently: >> >> Yahoo, f u c k - o f f ! >> >> Alberto, >> you don't need to apology for this further nice feature freely offered >> by Yahoo. >> >> You are doing a really good job on this mailing list, and I'm >> convinced the other members agree with me. >> >> 73s de Andreas IK2WQI >>
