bhargav" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> bhargav Hello bhargav I am thinking you are in India, maybe not. The SoftRock40 as previously mentioned will give you a QSD circuit you can use to place in an existing receiver if you choose. I am trying to recal if you mentioned earlier that you are working with and FM demodulation software? Anyways any good idea of a Quadrature Sampling Detector is what you want. I got a few diagrams here and there might be few circuit diagrams here at the group files, I think there are. I might have put some there myself. If so the there is the interesting TimeMachine which is a simple transceiver also known as the TM. And there should be a few simple QSD circutis and then there is the more famous Taylo Circuit I believe it is called. Do some searches for "QSD" Hardware wise there is the Winrad hardware which you can get a link to here from Alberto or from his site http://www.weaksignals.com, and there is the CIAO H101 of which I use here http://www.comsistel.com, and there is the Winradio or WinRadio which you can search or get a link to from DRM.ORG. An interesting circuit you can get ahold of is the DRT1 which I would like to have some of here to see what all can be built out of it and then there is the RadioScape circuit board out of Europe using a Texas Instruments SDR chip. Some hardware uses the QSD circuit and others use what is basically a DRM Convertor. The later is being used by software that samples in the 24 kHz wide spectrum in a non I/Q stereo mode. Otherwise, Winrad.EXE, SD Radio.EXE, CIAO.EXE, these use the I/Q mode and CIAO uses both modes I/Q and USBrx. USBrx meaning that it samples in the 24 kHz wide mode such as the DRM softwares do. Another non I/Q mode software is the G8JCFSDR.EXE by Phil Covington which is intersting also. There is alot of information here at the group if everyone wakes up and gets in here. Over 1000 members.
