Hi Alberto,

Thanks for the tip, did not understand complete the meaning of the CallBack function. I thought that it was only for returning IQ data, so never read it completely (who needs documentation :-).
Now I understand and wrote a little dll to test it, it works fine!
It is also nice to set the frequency boundaries on my ExtIO_Elektuur dll. The return value of SetHWLO() is not used, if out of bound call the CallBack and WinRad will ask the DLL for the correct frequency, Nice!

PS: Sending to the [email protected] is not working?

Hi Günter

The read back of the DLL frequency will also be handy for hardware with only one fix LO (Softrock). Now I had to change the LO for every softrock I use. I can make a DLL with a selection menu for every softrock and the xtal frequency. Winrad had to call the read back on the start button?

If you write such a DLL, when the user selects on your panel a new model of Softrock with a different LO frequency, you just use the callback device to communicate the new value to Winrad. This is already possible now, without changes to the interface.
