Hi Frank, Back in the mid 90's I build a couple of DDS boards 1 used a Harris NCO and a RCA high speed DAC and the other used a Qualcom DDS - I believe both projects were in the 73 magazine. I have not seen anything from either manufacture for years. I think Qualcom products are more oriented to the cellular industry. I have not done much with FPGA and similar chips, but I get the impression that it may be possible to implement (program) a DDS in that technology. I may be wrong here though. -------------------------------------- Yes, a DDS can be implemented in an FPGA. 73, Leon Leon Heller -- Amateur radio call-sign G1HSM Yaesu FT-817ND and FT-857D transceivers Suzuki SV1000S motorcycle [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.geocities.com/leon_heller
