  I think you are confusing the AD9954 with the AD9854.  The 9854 has I and Q 
outputs with 
a 12 Bit A/D.  The AD9954 has a single output (lots of options for memory, 
ramping, etc) and 
has a 14 Bit A/D.  Less spurs than the 9854, but more than the 9912.
